Maternal and Child Health Initiative (2023)
GDRI conducted a
comprehensive study on maternal and child health in underserved regions. By
identifying key healthcare gaps, we collaborated with local health authorities
to implement targeted interventions. Accessible healthcare services,
nutritional support, and awareness campaigns resulted in a significant
reduction in maternal and child mortality rates.

initiative improved their economic status and had a cascading effect on the
entire community, leading to increased overall prosperity.
Gender Norms at Work Study (2024)
Gender Norms at Work:
In collaboration with the BRAC Institute of Governance and Development (BIGD), GDRI investigated gender norm impacts in Bangladesh's manufacturing sector. Our findings guided strategies for fostering gender equality, employee satisfaction, and enhanced productivity.
Tele-Mentoring and Tele-Counseling Program (2023)
Tele-Mentoring and Tele-Counseling for Education:
During the COVID-19
pandemic, GDRI implemented a tele-mentoring and tele-counseling program
targeting mothers in rural Bangladesh. By increasing parental involvement in
children's learning activities, we aimed to mitigate the adverse impacts of
school closures. This initiative leveraged mobile technology to ensure
continuous educational support.
