He holds a Master’s in Management from Azam Khan Commerce College, Khulna, and a Bachelor of Business Studies (Honors) in Management from Bagerhat Government P.C. College, both under the National University of Bangladesh. His educational background has equipped him with a solid understanding of management principles and analytical skills, which he has effectively applied throughout his career.

As a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer. he has successfully led initiatives in various domains, including Early Childhood Development (ECD), financial literacy programs for rural women, COVID-19 vaccination campaigns, and innovative education projects leveraging IVR technology. His hands-on involvement in these projects reflects his ability to implement and oversee programs that bring measurable improvements in health, education, and socio-economic development.

He has also served as a  Research Assistant in projects focused on promoting safe sexual practices, improving educational outcomes for marginalized groups, and conducting field experiments in primary schools. His expertise spans post-disaster relief efforts, particularly following Cyclone Aila, and initiatives in water sanitation and hygiene (WASH), as well as maternal health and nutrition.
